The Advanced-Surface- and Profile-Grinders of GH-Grinding can be delivered in two types,
the
CC- and the CNC type. Both types are Your solution for doing Speed-Stroke- or
Creep-Feed-Grinding! Both types are manufactured for a working area from 400mm * 150mm
up to3.000mm * 1.000mm. (even more, if needed!)

The CC-type is controlled by SIEMENS!
The following features are included:

- simple program creation capabilities employing technology-oriented menu structure
- text and graphicx based operator-interface
- flat menu-structure with softkeys

How GH-Grinding evaluates High Precision Profile Grinding
The consequent separation of planes of motion in the compound arrangement with the traversing column construction is the solid base for maximum grinding precision!
A V-guideway and a flat-guideway ensure that our machines operate free of tension in this area!

In order to achieve stick-slip-free motions, the guiding elements are coated with Turcite-B (TM), a PTFE bearing material (Teflon-TM).
This results in high-quality damping and extremely smooth running motions.


Precision speed-stroke-, full-cut- and creep-feed grinding with the Z-Type from FS 420 Z up to FS 840 Z.

The letter "Z" stands for the german word "Zahnriemen" which means the toothed belt driven machine table. This drive has been utilized for our rapid-lift- and full-cut grinding machines for more than three decades.
The toothed belt drive combines the advantages of rapid lift grinding with those of creep feed grinding in one machine.
Rapid lift grinding using vertical automatic control results in high operating speed. For creep feed grinding a frame cycle is available.

Precision rapid lift and full cut grinding machines from FS 850-GT up to FS20100GT series

The letters "GT" stand for the ballring screw drive or also cvalled worm gear drive, in German called "Gewinde-Trieb" installed as the transmission element for table motion.
In ballring screw drives, ball bearings are used as load bearing elements between nut and spindle.
The inner rings of these ball bearings which are custom-formed for this type of application grip into the spindle gear and roll off on its flanks of thread.
The standard nut consists four ball bearings which are reciprocally set against the spindle using springs.
The result is a prestressed system with minimum reverse tolerance. The collar ballring screw drives allow for low, as well as very high speeds because there is no limitation to the rate of revolutions due to the nut construction.
Additional benefits are very-low-noise operation at constant torque, as well as maximum possible efficiency of up to 98%!

Available dimensions:

Length from  400mm to 2.000mm (favourites from 400mm to 1.000mm).
Width from 200mm to 1.000mm (favourites from 200mm to 500mm).
Height (depends on length and width) from 300mm to 900mm.

Power of the grinding wheel (depends on length and width) from 2,0kW to 37,5kW

Line 640    W = 600mm, B = 400mm, H = 375mm, P = 3,7kW
Line 840   W = 800mm, B = 400mm, H = 375mm, P = 3,7kW

L = Length, W = Width, H = Height, P = Power of the grinding wheel.
